Volunteers: Apply now!

Volunteers are the lifeblood of any good festival. Help us welcome visiting filmmakers and all of our wonderful guests and festivalgoers. Macon Film Festival volunteers receive a cool volunteer t-shirt and a Day Pass for each day of the Festival. Fill out the volunteer form to lend a hand.

Macon Film Festival announced that film and television actor Matthew Modine, will be a special guest at the ninth annual festival, which will be held Feb. 27 – March 2, 2014.

The Macon Film Festival board of directors have announced their official selections for the 2014 festival.  Categories are Narrative Feature, Narrative Shorts, Animation, Documentary Feature, Documentary Shorts, Music Video, Music Documentary, and Student Shorts.

The official selections for the Narrative Feature and Narrative Shorts competition for the 2014 Macon Film Festival have been announced. Official narrative selections include films from Australia, Austria, Canada, France, India, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.
